Buddha birthday festival at Toudai_temple is famous of Buddha image designated by national treasure and luxury flowers. Many people including pro photographers used to take photo from the front of the image in purpose to avoid persons undesirable from the viewpoint of composition. But I tried from oblique behind with persons pouring 'Amacha' on the image. When you insert persons into photos, you usually have to take care of wears, emotional expression and hand moving as to take many scenes. To the contrary you will sometime succeed in ultra grading up. Additionally I believe that selection of film (Fuji Film/Velvia) and composition with counterlight had a good effect on this photo.
