"Hachikou festival" is held by turns during 8 villeges of Mt. Tounomine, Oida, Asago, Shimo, Kurahashi, Orii, Tounomina, Yokogaki and Imaidani. "Hachokou" means buddhism saint ceremony that 8 priests chant the parts of Hokekyo. Around Mt. Tounomine this ceremony is popular and this festival starts as the private invocation. In 2006, it came to Mangan_temple in Imaidani. In the field "Mangan cherry", 400 old famous tree, came into blossom and the picture of "Lord Kamatari Fujiwara" and "Kanzan and Juttoku" were opened in the hall. (All Photo of Hachikou festival)
