Sometime we encounter mysterious things when looking for little festival. Mei of the Spring festival at Yatuo shrine , dinner for worship, is one thing. Mei is a kind of seaweeds and covered by the meal of beans. When dedicated to the Shrine, "Sakaki", the branch of a saint tree, is pierced through the top of the mound as this photo. At dinner, the mei is delivered as the meal. Maybe it is sure that seaweed has been very precious in the heart of a mountain. But now is it true? (All photos, Mei festival, Yatuo shrine)
